The Plates for Skates! benefit at the BP Energy Center last Saturday was a huge success!  Big thanx to Amy Fitzpatrick and the organizing committee, all the potters and BP!

Plates for Skates wrapped up the end of our Phase I fundraising. Phase II will involve contacting Alaska business’ for larger cash and in-kind donations.

Before we start knocking on doors we’re going to have a brainstorming work session to determine a good fundraising strategy. We need your ideas, opinions and energy to take our dream of an Anchorage oval to the next level of funding.

Please join us at DOWL on Wednesday evening, February 18th from 5:30 to 7:30. We’ll bring pizza!
